Schools Out For Summer............

and the fun begins............... The boys couldn't wait to get out of school on their last day and get home to start playing. It was such a HOT day so we got the water slide out and they played for hours!!! Dylan had his friend Titus over to join in on the fun. I'm sure this is the first of many times the water slide will be out this summer............everyone is welcomed to come play with us on the water slide!!!

Kindergarten's come and gone..........

He's so cool in his shades rocking the Vowel song!!! Wow, Dylan has learned soooo much since the beginning of the year. His first IRI he only got a 1, but by the end of the school year he was a high 3 - GREAT JOB!!! His teacher was so proud of him that she couldn't wait to share the news, so she sent me an email the very afternoon she learned of his great accomplishment!! He is sitting with his friend Titus and then with his teacher Mrs. Prudhomme. He's really going to miss her, however, he is extremely excited to start the first grade! Next time you see him, he'll probably share his exciting news that he's a 1st grader now! Congratulations Dylan we are proud of you!!!

Well 5th grade has come and gone..........not nearly quick enough for Jayden! He is done.......he's graduated 5th grade and ready to move on to bigger and better things!! 6th Grade here he comes, ready or not!! He took a quick pose with his teacher Mr. Magee and another with a couple of his friends-Brandon & Ben!! Congratulations Jay - we are sooooo proud of you!!!

Building a Rock Wall!

First we're rock hunting at the quarry. Then, we went back and collected several boulders to bring home for our rock wall. A few smaller rocks were collected to place throughout our landscaping. Once we got the boulders home we went right to work on our wall. Seth placed the boulders on a rope attached to the tractor while Christina drove/controlled the tractor to place each boulder in the correct location! Christina found a new love for tractors! Seth will probably be getting one now sooner rather than later!!! After some long hours and hard work, we completed the rock wall and cleaned up the corner of the lawn. Everyone is welcomed to come by and check it out in person and let us know what you think!!!

Coming Home From Reno!!

We were getting ready to leave Reno and return home from the BSU vs. Nevada game on 11/22/08. Then, pictures of us as we got home!!

Easter 2009!!

Having a Happy Easter in 2009! There were over 200 plastic eggs hidden/scattered among the front yard and only 3 kids to find them. There were also 4 eggstra special hidden eggs, that were eggstremely hard to find......but had special prizes in them. Dylan found the GOLDEN EGG!!! We filled our tummys with delicious ham, scalloped potatoes, caramel apples, lemon cake (Seth's new found favorite dessert), and much, much more!!! Then, once the food was settled and the eggs were found the boys played catch with the football! We had a wonderful Easter in 2009!!
