Another Project Under Our Belts..........

Below are a few pictures of the progress of the basement project.......we are 99% finished (the painters still have some touch-up painting to do).......some how I haven't managed to take pictures since completion........hmmmm, I better do that and get them on here........more pictures to come!!!!

Jayden Basketball

Jayden's Basketball season from January to March of 2010!!! He was tipping off, a couple free throw shots, rebounding, and in on all the action..........GO JAYDEN!!!

The Napoleon Dynamite Dance!!

The boys are very good at the Napoleon Dynamite dance.........they were showing off for mom!!!

Freddy Krueger & Sully!!!

We have Sully (from Monsters, Inc.) and Freddy Krueger for Halloween this year!!

The boys enjoyed trick or treating at relatives and then at The Legends subdivision with their cousin Braiden (Football Player)........

We even ran in to Grandpa Simpson on the street and they had fun trick or treating him as well........

Us parents even enjoyed the warmer weather (warm for this time of year) and walked around the neighbor hood with the boys............look closely there is someone being goofy in the background!!!

Halloween at the Vanderpools!!

The boys carved pumpkins (Jayden's is smiling, but Dylan's is frowning). Then they decorated in the back yard with their pumpkins, a grave, and Mr. Bones.....

Butterfingers!!!!

Jayden was on the big boys team.............he was a little worried at first, but then he figured out that he would get to play other positions besides just lineman! It was all over after that - he got to try several positions and even tried out for the quarterback position! He did a fantastic job at the many different positions he played!! He played wide receiver most of the season and his coaches and teammates gave him the nickname of "Butterfingers" (self explanatory)!! He has really enjoyed playing football for the Nampa PAL league, but he gets to move on next year and try out for the 7th grade Vallivue Middle School football team!!!!

Hard Knocks!!!!

Dylan had a great time playing his first year of flag football. He got a chance to play several different positions, but mostly the line. His coaches and teammates nicknamed him "Hard Knocks"!! Another nickname was small fry, but it soon changed after they saw how hard he hit the other players and was not one bit affraid of the bigger kids. He was great at every position, even thought he was the smallest kid out there............he is a small package of dynomite!!!
